Town Information

Tryavna is an old town with rich cultural traditions and history. During the Revival period, the town became home to the biggest and the most famous art school in Bulgaria. The specialties of the school are icon-painting, woodcarving, and architecture. Visitors can experience a lot of Western-style architectural monuments in town- the old town , clock tower, churches, and more.
